Meta 연결 데이터 삭제 안내

Nordy Radar에 연결한 Facebook Page와 Instagram 프로 계정의 연결 정보 및 관련 데이터를 삭제하는 방법입니다.

이 안내는 Nordy Radar에 연결된 Meta 관련 데이터에 관한 것입니다. Nordy 서비스 로그인 계정이나 Facebook·Instagram 계정 자체를 삭제하는 절차와는 다릅니다.

1. Nordy Radar에서 Meta 연결 해제

  1. Nordy Radar에 로그인합니다.
  2. 상단 메뉴의 Meta 연결(설정 → 데이터 연결)로 이동합니다.
  3. Meta 연결 해제를 선택합니다.

연결 해제가 완료되면 Nordy Radar 연결에 사용된 Meta 액세스 토큰, 연결된 사용자·Facebook Page·Instagram 계정의 식별정보와 OAuth 임시 정보가 제거됩니다. 이후 Nordy Radar는 해제된 연결을 이용하여 새로운 Meta API 요청을 하지 않습니다.

라이브러리에 직접 저장한 Meta 유래 콘텐츠 등 계정에 연결된 데이터 전체의 삭제가 필요한 경우에는 아래 이메일 요청 방법을 이용해 주세요.

2. 이메일로 전체 삭제 요청

Nordy Radar에 로그인할 수 없거나 계정에 연결된 Meta 유래 데이터 전체의 삭제를 원하는 경우 contact@gaonprime.com으로 요청해 주세요.

요청 이메일에는 다음 내용을 포함해 주세요.

  • 제목: Nordy Radar Meta 데이터 삭제 요청
  • Nordy Radar 서비스 계정 이메일
  • 연결했던 Facebook Page 이름 또는 Instagram 사용자명

본인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 요청하며, 비밀번호, Meta 액세스 토큰 또는 앱 시크릿은 이메일로 보내지 마세요. 요청이 접수되면 확인 후 삭제 처리 결과 또는 추가 확인이 필요한 사항을 회신합니다.

3. 삭제 범위

Meta 연결 정보 삭제

Nordy Radar가 Meta API를 호출하는 데 사용하는 연결 자격정보와 연결 식별정보를 제거합니다.

Meta 앱 권한 철회

Facebook의 앱 및 웹사이트 설정에서 nordy2 앱을 제거하면 Meta 계정에서 Nordy Radar에 부여한 앱 권한을 별도로 철회할 수 있습니다.

Nordy 서비스 계정 삭제

Nordy 서비스 로그인 계정 자체의 삭제를 원하는 경우 이메일 요청 시 해당 내용을 함께 작성해 주세요.

Facebook·Instagram 계정 삭제

Facebook 또는 Instagram 계정 자체의 삭제는 Nordy에서 처리할 수 없습니다. 해당 계정의 Meta 설정에서 직접 진행해야 합니다.

Meta-Connected Data Deletion

You can delete the Facebook Page and Instagram professional account data connected to Nordy Radar by following the instructions below.

These instructions apply to Meta-related data connected to Nordy Radar. They do not delete your Nordy service account or your Facebook or Instagram account itself.

1. Disconnect Meta from Nordy Radar

  1. Sign in to Nordy Radar.
  2. Go to Meta Connection in the top navigation (Settings → Data connection).
  3. Select Disconnect Meta.

Disconnecting removes the Meta access token, connected user, Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers, and temporary OAuth information used for the Nordy Radar connection. Nordy Radar will no longer make new Meta API requests through the disconnected connection.

If you also want to delete Meta-derived content that you manually saved to your library or other associated data, use the email request method below.

2. Request complete deletion by email

If you cannot sign in to Nordy Radar or want to delete all Meta-derived data associated with your account, email contact@gaonprime.com.

Include the following information:

  • Subject: Nordy Radar Meta Data Deletion Request
  • Your Nordy Radar account email
  • The connected Facebook Page name or Instagram username

We request only the minimum information needed to verify your request. Never send your password, Meta access token, or app secret by email. After reviewing your request, we will reply with the deletion result or any additional verification requirements.

3. Scope of deletion

  • Nordy Radar Meta connection: Removes the credentials and identifiers used by Nordy Radar to access the Meta API.
  • Meta app permission: You can separately revoke the permission granted to nordy2 from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings.
  • Nordy service account: If you want to delete your Nordy service login account, include that request in your email.
  • Facebook or Instagram account: Nordy cannot delete your Facebook or Instagram account. You must do this directly from your Meta account settings.
